Ordering & Products
1) How do I place an order?
Pick your favorite design, choose size and color, then click “Add to cart.” Check out and you’ll get an order confirmation by email—done.
2) Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible in the first few hours. Email us ASAP at hello@nxoriginals.com and we’ll do our best.
3) How do I pick the right size?
Every product page includes a size guide. Most tees are unisex and true to size—go one size up for an oversized fit. Always check the measurements for width and length.
4) Are the sizes standard?
Yes, fits are based on U.S. sizing standards. Refer to the measurement chart for exact dimensions.
5) Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before completing payment.
6) What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other local options depending on your region.
7) Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation after purchase—and another one with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
8) How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 2–5 business days (made on demand just for you).
Shipping time: 5–10 business days depending on location. Tracking will be emailed when your order ships.
9) How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free—worldwide. No hidden fees at checkout. Local customs or import duties (outside the EU) may apply and are not covered by us.
10) Do you ship internationally?
Yes—worldwide, for free. Delivery times vary by destination.
11) How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package in real time.
12) My order hasn’t arrived—what now?
Check the tracking first. If it’s stuck or missing, email hello@nxoriginals.com with your order number so we can investigate.
13) My package arrived damaged—what should I do?
Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and email them to hello@nxoriginals.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Production & Quality
14) How are your products made?
All items are print-on-demand—made individually after you order to reduce overproduction and waste. High-quality inks on premium fabrics.
15) My new shirt smells a bit weird—why?
Totally normal. It’s the print pre-treatment. The smell disappears after the first wash.
16) Are the colors exactly like in the pictures?
Almost. Monitor settings and lighting can cause slight variations between screen and real life.
17) What does “print-on-demand” mean?
Your item is produced especially for you after purchase—good for the planet, and it doesn’t limit your consumer rights. If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from the contract and return within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Returns & Exchanges
18) Can I return or exchange a product?
EU customers: You have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery—without giving any reason (including wrong size). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Outside the EU: Our standard return policy applies—email us for details.
19) I received a defective product—what now?
Email photos of the defect and your order number to hello@nxoriginals.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund.
20) How do I start a return or replacement?
Contact us at hello@nxoriginals.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description. We’ll guide you through the steps.
21) Who pays for return shipping?
For EU returns within 14 days under the right of withdrawal, customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If it’s our mistake, we cover the costs.
22) How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

24) Do you offer live chat?
Not yet—email is fastest and keeps things clear.
25) What if I don’t get a response?
Check your spam folder. If there’s nothing there, ping us again—sometimes the internet eats emails.
About N.X. Originals
26) What does “N.X.” stand for?
It’s a mix of my name and Generation X—the no-filter, no-BS generation that grew up analog and still survived the digital chaos.
27) Where do your designs come from?
All designs are created in-house by our Gen‑X crew—powered by sarcasm, nostalgia, and 80s/90s references.
28) Can I request a custom design?
Maybe. If it fits our vibe and schedule, we’ll consider it—send your idea via email.
29) How do I care for my shirt?
Turn inside out, wash cold, gentle cycle, no bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Treat it better than your 90s band posters.
30) Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet—but they’re on the roadmap. Meanwhile, a Gen‑X mug or tee makes a solid gift.
