Refund & Returns Policy

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This includes returns due to incorrect size.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@nxoriginals.com.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, as stated in our legal withdrawal policy.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
